KARATE
Karate is a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. Although the themes of traditional karate training are fighting and self-defense, though its mental and moral aspects it targets the overall improvement of the individual. This is facilitated by the discipline and persistent effort required in training. Karate as a total way of life that goes well beyond the self-defense applications. In traditional karate-dō, one is supposed to compete and strive to excel against him/herself.

GAIJIN LKB
Gaijin LKB is our Kickboxing & self defence class developed especially for ladies and taught by our Gaijins senior female instructor.
Kickboxing training employs an aerobic toning workout to improve strength, stamina, coordination, reaction time and awareness. The workout not only burns calories, it also helps build muscle and increases your metabolism, both of which turn your body into a more efficient fat-burning machine, even while at rest. Get into great shape whilst improving your self-defence ability while at the same time having fun.

GRAPPLING
Grappling refers to techniques, maneuvers, and counters applied to an opponent in order to gain a physical advantage, such as improving relative position, escaping or submitting the opponent. Grappling is a general term that covers techniques used in many disciplines, styles and martial arts that are practiced both as combat sports and for self defense. Grappling does not include striking However, some fighting styles or martial arts known especially for their grappling techniques teach tactics that include strikes alongside grappling or combined with it. The degree to which grappling is utilized in different fighting systems varies.
